The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (also referred to as the Bi-Partisan Infrastructure Law), passed in November of 2021, is a historic investment in infrastructure that will bring significant funding opportunities in Energy and Carbon Management. The Utah Office of Energy Development will provide an overview of energy-related provisions of the Act, their respective funding mechanisms, and how to watch for upcoming opportunities.
