“Find and Fix” is a version of Retro-commissioning that has delivered significant energy savings for buildings throughout Utah. We have the following speakers to provide their perspective from having completed these type of projects:
- Lisa Dakis is the Energy Program Manager at Intermountain Healthcare. Intermountain Healthcare has actively executed energy efficiency projects for over 10 years. Lisa will discuss specific Find and Fix efforts completed in recent years along with the Intermountain organization that was created to execute these projects.
- Nikki Anderson is the Energy Project Manager for the Building Owners Managers Association (BOMA), Utah. She has worked in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy for five years. Nikki will share case studies and insights on how Rocky Mountain Power programs can benefit your business.

- Aaron Sprague manages the internal facilities energy management program for Salt Lake County. Salt Lake County is focused on improving air quality across the Wasatch Front & reducing the County’s environmental impact. Aaron will discuss Salt Lake County’s experience with Rocky Mountain Power’s Wattsmart Business no- & low-cost measures.
